Casio fx-82C
Brief History
The competition boosted the evolution of the scientific calculator designed for students, so the functions used only in expensive models became available to these cheaper ones. To keep manufacturing economical, new technologies were developing over the years. The new fx-82C model announced in 1988, has flexible thin PCBs with in-place mounted bare circuits without soldering. Its functionality was the same, but the fx-82D, which has been replaced it in 1989, has a lot of new features.
