Casio fx-82ES Plus
Brief History
Entering algebraic expressions is easy with the fx-82TL introduced in 1998, but the limits of one-line display don't allow formulas to be displayed as it appears on printed media. The new fx-82ES changed this in 2004, which has a full dot matrix display and a brand new operating system (Natural-VPAM). This allows displaying fractions in two (or more) lines separated with a horizontal slash, powers with shifted exponents and so on. The cursor and editing capability makes use of this calculator easier than earlier models. The further development still produces new models in this series, but those differ from these only in operating programs.
