Brief History
In the face of intensifying competition, Interton Electronic has sought to use as many identical components as possible in the design of each family of calculators. In addition to the new PC 4010, PC 4020 models, a more demanding, larger versions with rechargeable batteries were released with type designations PC 6010, PC 6020, respectively. Their circuitry was identical. Instead of the PC 4030, a scientific machine PC 6040 was built with full-size keyboard, using a more powerful chip from MOS Technologies.
The german Quelle catalog store also sells black-and-white color variations of the calculators: Privileg 817D-NC (PC 6010), Privileg 837MD-NC (PC 6020) and Privileg SR 57D-NC (PC 6040).
