Tandy Radio Shack EC-475

Brief History
The american-canadian General Instrument coporation tried assembling calculators for a short period, since the most important part, the LSI chip was manufactured by itself in a very wide spectrum. The smartest member of the modest pocket calculator family, the EZ3500 was also produced for other companies, e.g. Tandy's Radio Shack EC-475 is the same, except for the coloring and labelling.

A small series of the inaccurate and very primitive GI calculator was bought by Híradástechnika Szövetkezet for assembling in Hungary. These machines were marketed as TK-891 in 1975.
